KISS Strategy
Whenever you find yourself becoming embroiled in feelings that dis-empower you in any way:
  1. Stop whatever you are doing
  2. Take a deep breath and,
  3. Go back to basics by asking yourself,
  4. "What specifically is it that is causing these feelings?"
  5. Isolate the feeling (it will usually be frustration or fear of some kind)
  6. Is it frustration or fear?
  7. When you have isolated the feeling:
  8. If it is fear then can it physically harm you? If not then why are you frightened? So,
  9. Take responsibility for the outcome and face it.
  10. If it is frustration then what is it that you feel unable to do? and,
  11. Can you try again? Or,
  12. Can you learn to do it?
  13. If none of the above are applicable then what questions can you ask yourself to find a solution?
