Getting frustrated and concerned now, you go back to your unconscious and scream, "I know but I only want one!"

Your unconscious comes back to you and says, "ok, ok. Calculating at thousands of permutations a second I can tell you that this is the best one."

BAM! the sentence comes out of your mouth and the other person does not have a clue about what you were going to ask them.

It took me about four minutes to type that. It takes one minute to say it, and all that happens within your brain in literally a fraction of a second. ONLY A GENIUS CAN PERFORM THAT SORT OF FUNCTION and YOU do it almost every day in one way or another.
